eMA Sales Performance - This class was created to give users an undersatinding of the MicroStartegy Business Intelligence (BI) Tool used for managment reporting on sales and perfromance of the financial representatives in their firms.

Recorded using captivate with a demo of the application for the users as well as hands on activities for each lesson.

Managing Contact Records - Created for new users of the contact management application. The presentation was created with a discussion in Power Point, demonstration and hands on practice through Captivate.
